Q) Can you provide me with a description of your business?
A) Point 6 Real Estate acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers of real estate and real property. We are committed to our clients and motivated to see results. We walk alongside our clients every step of the way in each transaction. Whether it is a residential sale, commercial, or investment purchase. It is our job to make sure this process is as stress free as possible. We want to ensure our clients are getting the best deal, starting with having our team represent them.
Q) What is your role with the company?
A) I am currently the buyer’s agent on our team. My focus is assisting all clients with the home buying process.
Q) What is unique about your business?
A) In being the buyer’s agent, I am assisting clients with possibly their biggest and most rewarding financial decision. It is my job to provide the client with my knowledge and understanding of the process while guiding them through the steps thoroughly.
Q) How did you get started in this business?
A) I was hired as an unlicensed assistant three years ago by my Broker, Josh Plum. Several months later, I acquired my license and began practicing as a buyer’s agent full time.
Q) What is your background?
A) My background is in customer service, the food industry, and agriculture.
Q) How long have you been a part of MBN?
A) I am a new member to MBN and am looking forward to building many great relationships with the women of my community through this organization.
Q) What is your favorite part of MBN?
A) The phenomenal and uplifting group of women that are associated with it!
Q) What are you involved in outside of work?
A) I am involved with a great group of trail riders in Frenchtown and depending on good weather, most of my time is spent horseback riding in the forest service. I also spend quite a bit of my time helping on my parent’s farm in Ronan.
Q) What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?
A) “Create a team so that you can be the source of the source!”
Q) What is the one thing you wish you’d known before you started your journey to your current position?
A) It takes time to build your business so be gentle with yourself. Be patient and build strong relationships with your clients and team. Don’t get discouraged when things don’t go as planned.
Q) What “failure” of yours taught you the best lesson? What was that lesson?
A) Be sure to keep good record of all important information and communication and stay organized, accountable, and productive in the world of Real Estate.
Q) If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
A) While not having a consistent paycheck and all the fees associated with Real Estate can be taxing, learning how to save and handle your money and finances well will be extremely important. Set aside what you can and develop your money saving skills.
