Q) What is the one thing you wish you’d known before you started your journey to your current position? A) Overall, I was not expecting how difficult and how much problem solving is involved in this position and in the world of Property Management. However, this has easily become my favorite part of the job. Everyday comes with its own challenges and I really enjoy working with my team to come up with the best solution and plan.
Q) What “failure” of yours taught you the best lesson? What was that lesson?
A) I think failures are a wonderful way to do better and be better. No matter how big or small the “mistake” or “failure” is, you can always learn from it to be a better version of yourself. My biggest failure taught me to trust my instincts, not to doubt myself and to never be afraid to ask questions when I need to.
